Georgia law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in Georgia. The Georgia Computer Systems Protection Act, O.C.G.A. 16-9-90 through 16-9-94, may apply to prohibited unauthorized computer access and interference.
Severability of Terms
If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the rest remain effective. The affected provision will be adjusted only as much as needed to make it lawful and enforceable.
